Return and Exchange Policy

If you have made a mistake placing your order
Please contact us immediately via email to notify us of any mistake that you may have made while placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to make corrections for you. If the correction leads to an increase (or decrease) in cost, then we will make that arrangement with you on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, please review the policies below.
*Due to industry-wide changes to payment provider policies, card processing fees are no longer returned to us if we have to refund your payment for any reason. If you make a mistake in your order, please do not submit a duplicate/similar order, but instead contact us about the issue. As a small company, we reserve the right to reduce any refunds by 2.5%, which would help cover that lost fee. This reduction would NOT apply to situations where you are issued a gift certificate for the value of a cancelled order, that would be then used on your new order. Thank you for understanding, and for contacting us if you have any questions or concerns.
If we have made a mistake fulfilling your order
Please contact us via email to notify us in the unlikely event that we have made a mistake filling your order. Rest assured, we will take necessary action to correct any error in a timely fashion. This will be accomplished without further cost to you.
What items can be returned or exchanged
Within the first 90 days after delivery, almost any item can be returned or exchanged, and must be in it's original unused condition. Articles of clothing are custom made to order, in order to provide customers with a huge variety of size, color, and design combinations. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we are still willing to accept returns and exchanges on clothing (within only 30 days though) with the restocking fees outlined below.
How (and how much) credit for returns will occur
Most returns and exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee. Custom printed shirts are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and must be in unworn and unwashed condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and re-shipping (in the case of exchanges). Under no circumstances will the initial shipping cost be returned.
Return and exchange procedure
If you are looking to exchange an item from your order (that qualifies to be returned/exchanged), your "replacement" order would need to be placed on the site (like a normal order) so that it can start being compiled and shipped to you. You will be charged normally for this order and the shipping on it. You can do this immediately, if you wish to expedite your exchange, but the value of the returned items will still only be issued as a gift certificate once we receive the return, and the credit cannot be used toward prior orders. The item to be exchanged needs to be sent back to us, and it will be treated as a "return" (see below). Please include some identifying information (name, email address, oreder number, etc), so we know who you are! :-)
Returned items will be credited to you in the form of a electronic gift certificate within 7 days of our receipt of the returned package. This type of return can be done by the original purchaser, or a gift recipient if need be. The gift certificate will be delivered by e-mail to the person returning the item(s). The re-stocking fees outlined above and shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount before reimbursement. All returned items should be sent to:

We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit, so please use delivery confirmation and/or insurance if you are concerned with the value of the package or its guaranteed delivery. Once your return has been processed, a gift credit will be issued, minus any applicable restocking fees.
UPDATE: Please be aware that the above physical/mailing address was updated on March 9, 2023. This is our new, permanent address. We do have access to the previously-listed address - so don't worry if you've already sent your return to that address.
