Can an order be changed before it ships?
Please contact us immediately via email to notify us of any mistake that you may have made while placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will be happy to make corrections for you. If the correction leads to an increase (or decrease) in cost, then we will make that arrangement with you on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already been processed and/or shipped, please review our return policy and procedure.

*Due to industry-wide changes to payment provider policies, card processing fees are no longer returned to us if we have to refund your payment for any reason. If you make a mistake in your order, please do not submit a duplicate/similar order, but instead contact us about the issue. As a small company, we reserve the right to reduce any refunds by 2.5%, which would help cover that lost fee. This reduction would NOT apply to situations where you are issued a gift certificate for the value of a cancelled order, that would be then used on your new order. Thank you for understanding, and for contacting us if you have any questions or concerns.
What are meeples and resource pieces made of?
Unless clearly designated otherwise, they are all made of wood, typically painted on both sides (NEVER stickers or decals). The edge of the meeple/resource is a solid color, typically one of the prominent colors in the design itself.
What form of payments are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit or debit cards, and PayPal for payment.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we accept international orders. Our software excludes a very small number of countries that we have had delivery problems with. More than likely your country will be available to ship to, so go ahead and place an order and let us know if you have any problems. If you are looking to ship somewhere that is not in the list of available countries, you can send us a quick email asking for a notification if/when we are shipping there in the future.
Will international orders including tracking?
NOTE: This answer was updated on March 19, 2023: Typically, yes - and you'll get a shipping confirmation email with it. If you choose Standard Shipping at checkout, that is being shipped by USPS using our exporter. Final delivery would typically be your local postal service, but in some cases they contract with other carriers (such as DHL) for final delivery.

For transparency's sake, here is the answer the was posted prior to 3/19/23 - which is when we made major site changes to shipping carriers and checkout options: If you choose the Expedited option at checkout, yes it will have tracking. If you select "Standard Shipping", it may, but it is definitely not guaranteed. Some countries have minimal tracking, others have none at all. Also, the size and weight of the order has some effect on this as well. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us.
Will international buyers need to pay customs duties?
You may, depending on your country's minimum thresehold (if applicable), and the product value that is on the customs form. Many of our customers DO NOT experience customs charges for this reason, however if you do, this of course is your sole responsibility to pay. We are not collecting any VAT or other duties at the time of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to contact us. If the package is returned to us because of unpaid customs duties, the original shipping amount that you paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. To be completely clear, these fees are being charged by your government, not our site. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes. If we experience notable issues in a particular country regarding VAT collection/delivery, we will find it necessary to discontinue shipping there.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
7.50% Sales tax is added only to orders within Florida. All other states/countries will not be charged sales tax, although some countries collect import taxes when passing through customs. We may have to collect (and remit on your behalf) the VAT for orders to certain countries in the future, but at present we are not doing that.
Can I return or exchange items from my order?
If we made any mistake in your order, we will gladly correct the error. Just contact us, and we'll help you out! Other than that, please review our Return and Exchange Policy for full details.
Can I place an order over the phone/mail?
Sorry, orders can only be placed online. Rest assured, our online checkout process is secure and no credit card information is stored.
Why was my card declined?

Your card could be declined for several reasons. Make sure the card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address are entered correctly. Also be sure the card you're using is one we accept.

We Accept:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express

We Do Not Accept:
Switch, Electron, Maestro (and some other international debit cards), Credit Card Gift Cards

Also check to see if there are sufficient funds available on the card and that the billing address matches the card being used. If you continue to have problems using your card and have a PayPal account, try placing an order using PayPal instead.
When will my stuff ship?
Unless we have a temporary notice at the top of the cart page, we normally ship orders within 2-3 business days of your order. We are located in Palm Bay, Florida and actual shipping time will depend on your location and shipping method.
What are the shipping charges?
Our online store uses the combined weight of the products in your cart to determine actual shipping costs based on your delivery address and chosen transit carrier in the checkout cart. *In rare cases we may need to ship the order via a different carrier, but we would email you about it first.
Can I get it overnight?
Our site does not have an overnight or 2-day delivery option at this time.
How do I track my stuff?

I'm trying to checkout as a guest, but the form doesn't seem to be working correctly!

There have been a few reports of users not being able to check out as expected, either because the form doesn't seem to have a place to put your name and address, or it does, but when you move to the next screen it says you still need to input this information. This is a very rare issue that it is still plaging some customers, and we are trying to resolve this more permanently. In the meantime, here some options that should work:

a) Use Paypal checkout (bypasses our cart completely)
b) Create an account and checkout while logged in
c) Clear your browser's cookies (or just the MeepleSource.com cookies, if you know how).
d) Sometimes a work-around is to choose a different country than is currently selected, and then go back to your correct country. The list of fields (name, address, etc) should function correctly on the form now.
