UPDATE ABOUT SIZING: The 80-piece sets of Scythe coins that were more recently produced by Stonemaier Games are slightly thicker than in the beginning. As a result, these coin boxes sold here MIGHT fit perfectly (as intended) or it could be that you'd need to remove one coin from each stack in order to close the lid.
These 3D-printed coin boxes have been designed for one full set of Scythe coins (including expansion coins).
